Big Asian Salad
This is simple to whip up and low calorie. Best of all, it's tasty.
Wash and combine salad ingredients. Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing into salad. Toss thoroughly. Eat. (well, if you want to)

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (3 calories)
- 1/2 cup of fresh bean sprouts (17 calories)
Dressing:
- 1 tblsp. Hoisin sauce (35 calories)
- 2 tblsp. pickled ginger (40 calories)
- 1 tsp wasabi (prepared) (18 calories)
- 1 tsp mayonaise (40 calories)
